Download WollMux

All files (including past releases) can be found in the OSOR Forge File Release System. Direct links to the files of the most recent release are provided below for your convenience.
Further German installation instructions can be found on the page "WollMux_installieren".

Windows Installer

For newer versions of WollMux an executable Windows installer is available for download. The installer will install the WollMux component system-wide in OpenOffice.org and optionally create desktop and start menu shortcuts. You need administrator privileges to execute the installer.
Note: You will still need to set up a configuration for the WollMux to work, see below.

Download this file and execute it. You will be guided through the installation process.

Manual installation (Linux + Windows)

For a manual WollMux installation, terminate all running OpenOffice.org processes (including the quickstarter), then install the following files:

WollMux.oxt

This is the OpenOffice.org extension package which can be installed with the following command:

unopkg add --shared WollMux.oxt

This will result in a system-wide installation and usually requires administrator privileges. The command line tool unopkg can be found in the program-subfolder inside your OpenOffice.org installation directory.
For a single-user installation, launch OpenOffice.org, go to the menu Tools->Extension Manager and use Add to install the extension.

WollMuxBar.jar

Copy this file anywhere you want (e.g. to /usr/share/wollmux/)

wollmuxbar (LINUX ONLY!)

This is a simple Unix shell script to launch WollMuxBar.jar. It assumes that the file is located in /usr/share/wollmux/.

wollmuxbar.exe (WINDOWS ONLY!)

This is a Windows executable for launching WollMuxBar.jar. This file needs to be put into the same directory as WollMuxBar.jar!

Note: You will still need to set up a configuration for the WollMux to work, see below.

Configuration

Important!

In order to test the WollMux you need a WollMux configuration. An example configuration is available in the OSOR Forge File Release System. You need only one of the following files:

wollmux-config-en-5.2.0.1-installer.exe (Windows) 

Windows Installer for the English example configuration.

wollmux-config-de-5.2.0.1-installer.exe (Windows) 

Windows Installer for the German example configuration.

wollmux-config-nl-5.2.0.1-installer.exe (Windows) 

Windows Installer for the Dutch example configuration.

wollmux-config-utf8-5.2.0.1.tar.gz (Linux)

English Configuration for Linux systems with file names in UTF-8 encoding. Extract this archive in $HOME and you will get a directory .wollmux/.

wollmux-config-de-utf8-5.2.0.1.tar.gz (Linux) 

German Configuration for Linux systems with file names in UTF-8 encoding. Extract this archive in $HOME and you will get a directory .wollmux/.

wollmux-config-nl-utf8-5.2.0.1.tar.gz (Linux) 

Dutch Configuration for Linux systems with file names in UTF-8 encoding. Extract this archive in $HOME and you will get a directory .wollmux/.
